Internet Explorer, which has seen it market share decrease in recent years with the increasing popularity of Firefox, Chrome, Safari, etc. has made great improvements with IE10 and these ads hope to have users give IE another shot.

Time will tell if this “Child of the 90’s” can grow up into a successful modern browser.

This month, Orbis Solutions is proud to celebrate its tenth year in business. It’s a big milestone for us, and it would not have been possible without the help of many people. We are fortunate to have the opportunity to work with great customers who trust us and treat us like valued partners, not simply vendors. We are equally fortunate to have an exceptional team of employees who are always willing to put in the extra time and effort to provide our customers with the high level of service they truly deserve.

A lot has changed since 2000 and many more changes are in store for the future, but our focus on helping our customers to operate more efficiently and effectively through the use of technology remains the same. We are extremely grateful for everyone who has helped us over the past decade and look forward to an exciting future together.

We will be opening an office there as well, so it is very exciting to walk around and see the progress. The new market is 1/4 mile long and the footprint of the building is almost 22 acres. It will be the most technologically advanced wholesale market in the world and we are very honored to be involved with the building systems design.

Some of the common problems that go hand in hand with lengthy computer use are carpal tunnel syndrome, tendonitis of the wrist or hand, back and shoulder pain, eye strain, headaches, and neck strain.

Here are a few simple exercises that can help you avoid injury:

  • The “Shoulder Blade Squeeze” is performed by raising your forearms and pointing your hands to the ceiling. Push your arms back, squeezing your shoulder blades together. Hold for at least 5 seconds and repeat 3 times.
  • The “Arm and Shoulder Shake”–drop your hands to your sides then shake your relaxed hands, arms, and shoulders gently for at least 5 seconds and repeat 3 times.
  • “Spanning”–place you arms straight in front of you and spread your fingers as far as possible for at least 5 seconds and repeat 5 times. This exercise was made famous by career pianists.

These are only a few key exercises. Many more are useful for preventing repetitive strain. Try to find the best series for your areas of tension and particular relaxation needs.

We don’t recommend using Vista in a work environment just yet — there are still too many issues for it to be a suitable replacement for Windows XP. However, this service pack is a sign that Vista will soon be ready for your office.
